Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of IPPC Academy and all related courses, content, certifications, workshops, and services.

IPPC Academy is operated by Ajarva Technologies Private Limited.

By accessing, enrolling in, or using IPPC Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using IPPC Academy, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
  • If enrolling on behalf of a clinic, company, or organisation, you have authority to bind that entity
  • You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms
  • These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ajarva Technologies Private Limited

2. Who Can Use IPPC Academy

IPPC Academy services are available to:

  • Individuals enrolling for personal learning or certification
  • Clinics, businesses, or organisations enrolling employees, contractors, or trainees

Where an organisation enrolls multiple learners, that organisation is responsible for compliance with these Terms by its enrolled participants.

3. What IPPC Academy Provides

IPPC Academy provides:

  • Online and/or offline training programs
  • Educational content, materials, and assessments
  • Workshops, certifications, and skill-development programs
  • Learning resources for individuals and organisations

We may update, modify, expand, or discontinue any course or service at our discretion.

4. Educational Nature of Services

You acknowledge that:

  • All courses and content are educational only
  • Completion of a course or certification does not guarantee employment, income, business success, or specific outcomes
  • Skills acquired depend on individual effort, practice, and external factors
  • IPPC Academy does not provide legal, medical, or veterinary advice unless explicitly stated.

5. Enrollment & Access

  • Enrollment is valid only for the individual(s) registered
  • Course access may be time-limited or cohort-based
  • Login credentials must not be shared
  • IPPC may suspend access in cases of misuse, sharing, or policy violations
  • For organisational enrollments, access may be restricted to approved users only.

6. Fees, Payments & Refunds

  • Course fees are displayed at the time of enrollment
  • Payments must be completed as per the specified terms
  • Fees may vary for individual vs institutional enrollments
  • Unless explicitly stated, fees are non-refundable
  • IPPC Academy reserves the right to revise pricing or introduce new fees prospectively.

7. Certifications & Assessments

  • Certifications are issued only upon meeting completion criteria
  • IPPC may require assessments, attendance, or practical evaluations
  • Certification status may be revoked in cases of misconduct, fraud, or misrepresentation
  • IPPC does not guarantee recognition of certifications by third parties unless explicitly stated.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Participate respectfully and professionally
  • Not disrupt learning environments
  • Not engage in plagiarism, cheating, or misrepresentation
  • Follow any academic or conduct guidelines provided

For organisational enrollments, the enrolling entity is responsible for participant conduct.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • Share or resell course content
  • Record, distribute, or reproduce materials without permission
  • Misrepresent certifications or IPPC affiliation
  • Harass instructors, staff, or other learners
  • Use IPPC content for unlawful or misleading purposes

Violations may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.

10. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, videos, text, logos, designs, and branding are owned by or licensed to IPPC Academy.

No rights are granted except a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access content for personal or internal organisational learning.

11. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

  • Some courses may use third-party tools or platforms.
  • IPPC Academy is not responsible for third-party services, policies, or outages.

12. Suspension & Termination

IPPC Academy may suspend or terminate access:

  • For violation of these Terms
  • For academic misconduct or misuse of content
  • For operational or legal reasons
  • At its discretion

Termination does not entitle users to refunds unless required by law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • IPPC Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IPPC Academy from claims arising from:

  • Misuse of content or certifications
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Misrepresentation to third parties

15. Changes to These Terms

  • IPPC Academy may update these Terms from time to time.
  • Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Courts in Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
